My Meathead Hat

Meathead-Hat-w-Scribble---3.gif

I finished my Meathead Hat from Knitalong this afternoon -- it took less than two hours cast on to bind off. After I took this photograph, I remembered that I was supposed to put an embellishment on it (at least that's what the pattern says to do). I decided to skip that step and, instead, fiddled with the eraser tool in PhotoShop to create some decoration/scribble-scrabble. which was quick and fun (just like knitting the hat).

The Meathead hat is great in this colour. Is the yarn Brown Sheep Lamb's Pride Bulky, or Superwash Bulky, or something other altogether?

What is the name of the colour? I have a 2yr old grandgirl, and 2 grandkids on the way, due in one in December and the second in January 2009. This is a great little hat, quick and easy to knit up. :)

Thanks for sharing. Your Knitalong book is on my list of knit books to add to my growing collection. I'm glad to be able to start with this hat now.

Thanks!

Marg

Answer: It's Lamb's Pridy Bulky in M-83 Raspberry. In the photo it looks pinker than in real life. How exciting to have all of those grandkids to love and knit for. Melanie
